Jettele Joy Lara, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP
Clinical Director and Co-Founder
Joy brings over three decades of experience in geriatric, family, maternity, pediatric, and NICU care to her work as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and former university nursing professor. Known for her calm, compassionate presence, she combines deep clinical expertise with personalized, thoughtful care, guiding families with warmth and confidence every step of the way.
Wafa El Musselmani, MBA, BSN, RN
Administrator and Co-Founder
Wafa brings over thirty years of combined clinical and executive leadership experience—from telemetry, ICU, and cath lab nursing to roles as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She combines a deep clinical focus on patient safety and care quality with strong business and operational leadership, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, engaged staff, and smooth family communication. Ensuring exceptional care that’s tailored to each patient’s unique needs and consistently goes above and beyond in quality.
Mohamed Elzanaty, MSN, PMHNP
Director of Care Experience and Co-Founder
Mohamed’s background includes telemetry, advanced wound care, skilled nursing, and private-duty care for medically fragile clients. With a master’s degree in Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, he brings behavioral insight and thoughtful guidance to the client experience, helping ensure care feels coordinated, supportive, seamless and satisfactory.
Mohsen Ibrahim Ali, MD
Medical Director | Neurology & Clinical Oversight
Dr. Ali serves as Medical Director, bringing decades of neurological expertise, clinical leadership, and compassionate guidance to our team. With experience in stroke care, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, headache disorders, and complex neurological conditions, Dr. Ali has contributed to stroke programs throughout Southern California and continues to serve as an active hospitalist and neurological consultant. His depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence strengthen our ability to deliver refined, private care with exceptional clinical oversight, discretion, and personalized attention — qualities that truly set our team apart.
